Start of the Season
It’s been a great start to the season so far. Early snowfall coupled with beautiful sunshine has meant that people who took a risk coming out early have been rewarded with perfect conditions.
A good covering of snow, sunny but cold weather, and uncrowded pistes have been great over the last two weeks. This Saturday means the start of the season proper though as the French resorts get themselves prepared for tourists to flock in.
Restaurants are prepping their menus, bars have had their opening parties and staff are well-versed in making a Long Island Ice Tea or two, and chalet staff have washed their sheets and folded their towels for incoming guests. In short, this is the lull before the storm in resort; it’s quiet right now, but everyone’s primed and ready to go.
We’ve been working hard here at Snowbus headquarters to improve our service for you guys. The vehicles have all been cleaned and serviced, drivers have been fully trained, and our website has been given a bit of a spruce up as well.
